Great in salads, sauces, pastas, on pizza, or just on their own!

They are made by slicing ripe tomatoes into large pieces, then sprinkled with sea salt to preserve their nutritional values and kept in the sun from four to ten days. It takes approximately ten kilograms of fresh fruit to make one kilogram of dried.

Reconstitute by soaking in warm water 30 minutes before use.
