Assam tea and Kenyan tea, carefully selected and blended. A fine small leaf giving a dark mahogany infusion and distinctive, well-balanced flavour. A great morning or afternoon pick me up.
Preparation: Use freshly boiled water. Allow 1 teaspoon per 150ml cup cup + 1 for the pot. Infuse for 3-5 min.
