Ingredients: corn flour, rice flour, amaranth flour, teff flour
Cooking Instructions: add pasta to a large open pan of boiling water, bring back to the boil and cook for approx 8-9 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook until tender but firm for an 'al dente' texture. Drain & serve. (4-5 minutes)
