Put some skin in the game! Our organic natural ground almond flour is the slightly more wholesome sibling to regular almond flour. Rather than blanching raw sweet almonds and then grinding them into a powder, these raw sweet almonds are ground with some of the skins still intact. This produces a an almond flour that is less uniform in colour, but identical in calorie, fat and protein content, but with higher levels on Vitamin E, Iron, Calcium and other minerals found in the almond skins. Natural ground almond flour can be used interchangeably in recipes, while producing only slight differences in colour and texture in baked goods.
