Organic Polenta. Similar to Cornmeal, Polenta has a fine,granular texture; more like semolina than normal flour. Use as you would pasta. Serve hot with any sauce. Cook 1 cup Polenta: 5 cups water + salt or stock. Simmer, often stirring, for approximately 3 minutes.
